By Professor Zaki - The Invisible Man

Beginning the evening of February 23rd, 2024 at Muhammad’s Temple 3040 Campbellton Road, Atlanta, Georgia was Atlanta Temple’s Minister Dawan Madyun opening up with a prayer exhorting all in attendance to give thanks to an “Unusual Man” that came from the East in the 1930’s who founded the Lost Found Nation of Islam in the Wilderness of North America.

After prayer, he introduced Chief Minister Najee Muhammad who started his lecture talking about how an “Unusual Man” established the Lost Found Nation of Islam. He offered valuable insight into how it began and its earliest days when this “Unusual Man” met with Elijah Poole.

As he began speaking, he brought out the fact that this “Unusual Man” was born 147 years ago in the city of Mecca, Arabia on a Monday. He added, he consulted the calendar and it was absolutely certain it was a Monday.

This “Unsual Man” was the Messiah to the Jews, the Christ to the Christians and the Mahdi to the Muslims and was also referred to as the “Son of Man” in scripture. He spoke about the different titles this man was known by like His Majesty and the Finder of Lost Sheep,” naming only two.

Comparing Afrodescendants to being like lost sheep having followed the “Wicked Shepherd,” only intensified the understanding of the need to have a “Good Shepherd” to follow. He made known, the “Unusual Man” had the ability to speak sixteen languages and write ten when He came to North America.

Chief Minister Najee Muhammad then related the staggering statistic that ninety five per cent of our ancestors were illiterate at the time of the Emancipation Proclamation in 1862. Additionally, he said in the scripture we were described as stiff-necked, hard-hearted, and a rebellious people. He asked the listeners in the audience if he was mischaracterizing them and (us) to which there was not a single denial to be heard.

His rationale for the dilemma facing Afrodescendants sprang he said, from the reality that we were robbed of our name, religion, culture, language and our women were victims of forced mixed breeding and rape.

He emphasized that this “Unusual Man” from the East made His presence known to Elijah Poole in the city of Detroit, Michigan on July 4th 1930 with reports that when they met, Mr. Poole had only 10 cents in his pockets and that when he left him after teaching him “Supreme Wisdom” for about three years and four or five months, he amassed an economic empire totaling in the neighborhood of $80 to $88 million dollars.

This “Unusual Man” had given him the name of Wallace Fard and went by the initials W. D. Fard. Quoting Message to the Blackman in America, he shared what Elijah Poole said about their first meeting. “I first heard Islam in Detroit, Michigan back in the fall of 1931. I heard there was a man teaching Islam by the name of Mr. Wallace Fard. At that time, he mostly used the intitials Mr. W. D. Fard. When I looked at Him, it just came to me this is the Son of Man which the Bible Prophesied will come in the last days of the world, and I couldn’t get that out of me. When I heard what was said, I wanted to meet Him. Finally, I met Him.

When I looked at him, it just came to me this is the Son of Man which the Bible prophesied would come in the last days of the world, and I couldn’t get that out of me. I shook hands with him, and I said to him, you are the one that the Bible prophesied would come at the end of the world under the name of the Son of Man and under the Second coming of Jesus.

He looked at me a little stern, then he smiled, put his head down beside mine, then whispered in my ear and said these words, “Yes, I am the one but who knows that except yourself?” He patted his hands on my shoulder, gave me a little shove around him. There was some more present and He started talking to some of them. About a month later, He told my wife to tell me to go ahead and start teaching our there in Hamtramck, Michigan.”

The Unusual Man still hadn’t identified himself thoroughly enough to Elijah Poole’s satisfaction and as he was speaking, Minister Najee displayed a little levity. He asked the audience if they could imagine what Elijah was thinking as he was receiving this divine knowledge from this man he had met. With a chuckle and an outright laugh, Minister Najee brought to life the “Testimony” written of the exchange of the two of them.

Message to the Blackman in America was used as the reference source where these words are written: “I asked him, “Who are you, and what is your real name?” He said, I’m the one that the world has been expecting for the past 2000 years. I said to him again, “What is your name?” He said, “My name is Mahdi; I am God, I came to guide you into the right path that you may be successful and see the hereafter.

He described the destruction of the world with bombs, poison gas, and finally with fire that would consume and destroy everything of the present world.” It was at this point that Chief Minister Muhammad said whose birthday was being celebrated. He said, Master Fard Muhammad’s name will be praised in this universe, and all the other universes to come. He said the name of Master Fard Muhammad will be praised in all the other generations to come.

When he revealed the name of the “Unusual Man” he talked a little more on the relationship between the two men and said Elijah Poole was given the last name of “Kareem” and inducted in the “Ministry” by Master Fard Muhammad as one of his Ministers.

Later Elijah Poole (Kareem) was given the name Muhammad, elevating him to the position of “The Last Messenger” of Allah as he began telling the world of this “Unusual Man.”

Chief Minister Muhammad then stated Master Fard Muhammad had come to North America with a government on His shoulder as prophesied in the Bible in Isaiah 9:6 and that He, Master Fard Muhammad had cloaked the government in religion to hide and protect it from our open enemy, the devil.

In addition to government, Master Fard Muhammad came with three objectives: 1. To raise up a divine Messenger. 2. To spiritually impregnate the mind of that Messenger with the life germ of truth. 3. To bring about the birth of the Spiritual Son.

Under the administration of the Lost Found Nation of Islam under the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, he became known to the world as “Allah’s Last Messenger” and this is proof that the divine seed of truth was planted into the mind of the man from the cotton fields of Georgia.

Pointing out the identity of both the “Unusual Man” in the scripture and the role the most Honorable Elijah Muhammad played in the real book of life, his talk led to the birth of the “Spiritual Son” and the work that he is doing and has done for the “Resurrection” of those people visited by the “Unusual Man” from the East.
